TucomunidApp is a new way to interact with your neighbors' community. It directly connects to your community property manager's systems to access all relevant information and carry out all procedures directly: reporting an incident, reserving a common area, or even participating in voting on upcoming meeting issues. Now you can also book your spot at the pool while monitoring the maximum capacity.

If you are a homeowner, your community property manager should invite you to access the data. Once you register with this invitation, you can perform all the procedures related to your home.

If you are a tenant, the owner will invite you, granting access to all procedures related to community living, excluding the management of Community payments or meetings.

All actions carried out are legal and, if necessary, have the required certificates, as we utilize a trusted third-party platform. Please note that TucomunidApp is an intermediary platform and will only display information shared by your community property manager. They might not utilize all available options or do so unexpectedly. We are at an early stage and believe that with your assistance, we can enhance our services. The app is available for mobile devices running Android 8 or higher.

During registration, you will need to accept the terms and conditions, and permissions will be requested each time mobile resources are accessed: for instance, the camera for your profile picture or location for reporting an incident.
